当時、ゲームセンターで入手して１個づつ袋に閉じてしまっていたので綺麗な状態です。
銀18個　黒11個　緑3個　+デジモンのおまけ１個です。
全体の種類やレア度はわかりませんでした。
有名？なポケモンバトルメダルとは違い調べても全然まとまった情報が出てこず希少性は高いのではないかと思います。
